Collection: Treasure Boxes

One-of-a-kind handcrafted treasure boxes. 

Each box starts as a solid lump of clay which is then hand formed, textured, and hollowed out in a method called kurinuki.  Terra sigillata is applied to the surfaces and burnished to a silky smooth.  After the initial bisque firing, final details are added and then the treasure boxes are fired a final time. 

These boxes make great gifts!  Each one is distinctly different with its own unique little personality.
