Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 days to process and pack your order.

At checkout you'll have the choice of USPS or UPS shipping. I do my best to pack things really well so that they arrive to you safely!  If something should happen to arrive to you broken, please take pictures of the box and the contents and email me at jorie@biscuitceramics.com as soon as possible!

I use new and recycled packing materials to pack your items.  I encourage you to reuse and/or recycle any packing materials you can!

If you order apparel during a pre-sale, it will ship when ready!
